Took my phone in to phone solutions as it wouldn’t connect to my car. They couldn’t have been more helpful and even came out to my car and connected it. I was very impressed excellent service

Took phone in as my speakers wasn’t working
They said that something needed replacing so I left it with them
On getting it back I didn’t check it till I was home
The speakers are still the same and they have put an hairline crack on my screen which wasn’t there when I took it in.
Will not be going back

Took my Apple phone in for repair yesterday April 17th 2018.
Excellent first class service took seconds to work out the problem and was repaired in 30 minutes.
Staff were courteous and knew what they were on about.
I got customer satisfaction and was well pleased with the outcome
Many thanks.
Will go back again if I have another problem and recommend this shop.

Had a smashed screen on Nokia 820 took it to phone solutions to repaired, fixed it then 2 weeks later screen went faulty and camera doesn't work took it back replaced screen and said needed a new part for camera. Now 5 weeks after the repair, i can't ring out nor take calls GREAT..... I would stay clear of this place obviously incompetent at what they do.

I had a problem with my Samsung Galaxy Note and called four local shops for their advice / help. Loughborough Phone Solutions offered me the lowest price to fix it and promised to sort it our that morning within 15 minutes of me taking it in, which they did. Great service, very friendly staff. This has saved me a lot of hassle and possibly quite a lot of money too (as I still have 6 months to go on the contract). Many thanks.
