? Very poor workmanship and terrible customer service
Unfortunately, I had a really bad experience with this paint shop. The paintwork on my car was poorly done, with runs in the paint, haze marks and a finish that was clearly not up to standard. The work was so bad that it needed to be redone.
When I contacted him about the issues, rather than dealing with the situation professionally, he tried to arrange for the work to be done at a time that suited him, without taking my circumstances into consideration. What should have been a straightforward conversation about putting his work right quickly turned into a hostile interaction, with him shouting rather than listening to my concerns.
The quality of the work was rushed and disappointing, and the customer service was just as bad. Mistakes can happen, but how a business handles complaints says a lot about its professionalism. I expected a decent standard of workmanship and to be treated with basic respect, neither of which I feel I received.
I would not recommend this paint shop based on my experience. If you're paying for your car to be painted, you should be able to expect a proper finish, professional service and respect when things go wrong. Sadly, that wasn't my experience at all.
