After many years working with this company, today they finished a job (good job by the installers) but left 3 larger and heavy 4 meter carpet cores outside my house, leaving me to cut them, put in my car and take them to the tip.
This is unprofessional and when contacted the Loughborough shop, the manager says this is common practice and they always do that and they dont have to tell the customer first.
Very disappointed. Will try different company next time. A bit of discount really is not worth the hassle at all. January 2016
